I purchased a large heavy duty concrete umbrella stand last year during their Closing Sale. We left it outdoors over the winter as I have had a concrete one at my cottage that I purchased over 10 years ago that has always been stored outdoors with no issues. This spring we arrived to find the new one crumbling all around the outside edge, big chunks laying on the ground and cracked all over. I think it is overpriced. It is well done and sturdy no doubt, but should you spend a fortune for outdoors sofa?
The new owner Jeff was helpful and knowledgeable and even gave me a discount for pre ordering for 2026.
Poor customer service. Not even a hello, how can I helped? Walked around the store for a while; employee didn't lift his head up from the computer, nothing. That kind of response leads me to wonder how the sale, product or further communication would be.
We spent about $5,000 on an outdoor sectional. We bought it in June 1st. They delivered the frame (not the pillows) end of June and our family went away for the summer. We got our pillows middle of August. 3 weeks of use and my 15 year old son sat down and the wicker collapsed. It basically crunched down. My son is a skinny kid, so it makes absolutely no sense.
