The new owner Jeff was helpful and knowledgeable and even gave me a discount for pre ordering for 2026.
Poor customer service. Not even a hello, how can I helped? Walked around the store for a while; employee didn't lift his head up from the computer, nothing. That kind of response leads me to wonder how the sale, product or further communication would be.
We spent about $5,000 on an outdoor sectional. We bought it in June 1st. They delivered the frame (not the pillows) end of June and our family went away for the summer. We got our pillows middle of August. 3 weeks of use and my 15 year old son sat down and the wicker collapsed. It basically crunched down. My son is a skinny kid, so it makes absolutely no sense. They are not closing! They are rebranding! We purchased and paid for 4 recliner chairs, once paid for we were told it was a custom cushion that took 2 weeks, pick up only. And delivery for the chairs was $200!! Who has a right to charge $200? Nobody, insane, we should have cancelled the order, especially after one chair is cracked and defective, and WE have to bring it back to them. Terrible Terrible all around. Good bye would be a gift.
We purchased a patio table, umbrella and 12 chairs for $8,000 along with the furniture covers and after 1 season some of the paint is delaminating from the chair arms. We called and emailed the owners as the furniture is under warranty (before the store was going out of business) and was told that they would call back to tell us how the warranty would support us.
