0 stars, i’ve been waiting over two weeks to have an order sent from the Warehouse. 14 days to be exact, they’ve taken my money and not sent the product, When I followed this up, they have suggested they are extremely busy at the moment. What kind of customer service is this? What’s more concerning is I didn’t even receive a confirmation That the order was being picked or packed or anything. The girls in this store are SO lovely!! I think her name was Lilah (that’s what my receipt says) girl who used to have pink hair- she was SO helpful and so so kind, she went out of her way to chat to me and help me. She made my day, such a sweetheart!!

I was served by Lilah at General Pants in Sunshine Plaza and her customer service was seriously the best. She went above and beyond to help me and made the whole experience so enjoyable. The store is lucky to have her, she is absolutely awesome and deserves recognition!

I had an amazing customer experience yesterday at general pants co plaza. I was met with a friendly greeting from Bailey Crawford. He helped me find what I was after and upsold me into another pair of pants too! He made me feel good and ensured I had everything I needed. If I was his manager I’d get around him and give him a pay rise. What a legend!

This review is in reflection of the staff. Been into this store multiple times over the years and every time there is no greeting or acknowledgement from staff. Bit of a too cool for school attitude, I get more assistance on the online site with ai chat.
