Rani (apologies if misspelled!) was so helpful and kind! She really listened to what I was after in a pair of jeans and pulled out so many options for me try, she’s so knowledgeable on the product and not pushy at all, made for a great experience :)
A few days ago I went into general pants looking for a new pair of jeans, I got help from this girl called Tayla, she was super friendly and helped me with jeans until I found a pair or jeans I loved. Great customer service!!!

Shop elsewhere. I received a parcel from General Pants that arrived open, with the sticky adhesive from the packaging bag stuck directly to a knitted jumper, damaging the fabric. It also arrived without a tag, raising questions about whether it had already been worn or returned. It's blatantly obvious the item was packed and shipped in this condition someone clearly saw the sticky side was attached to the garment and sent it anyway. They didn’t care. Shopped at the Marion store today, staff were great, super helpful & very friendly. The store looked better than it has in awhile too.
