Handsdown best customer service is Bondi. Great collection of clothes. Would love to see this shop grow bigger and the current staff keep running the show. Highly recommended.

Jess and Teresa were the most delightful and helpful staff. They waited patiently while I searched for my receipt, they used their discretion when arranging my exchange and today I will receive in the mail for free my replacement top. General Pants Bondi is a great place to shop.

Aweful rude manager atm. Products faulty, very bad swimwear that does fade horribly and warn off horribly with in few months. In sale all as its very bad unaceptable quality. Manager today was very rude and couldn’t see also any transactions in my account and I have been buying in that store for years. I understand why it's failing that store, bad quality and very bad service atm. The previous team members I spoke with over the years were ok.

Very rude staff. In the middle of a transaction and the woman completely decides to spark up a slow conversation with someone else. Ehhh

The tall tanned female with a British accent and fake nails was rude to me. The whole time While she was serving me she carried on a conversation with a co worker about a getting a male customer’s phone number. She didn’t greet me, look at me or say a single word to me except “your email?” In a fried sarcastic voice, with no explanation as to the reason why I was I was being asked for it. I won’t be returning to this store.
