Visited this store on Thursday 03/07/2025 and it was an awful experience. I have never seen a clothing store so dirty and unorganised. This use to be an amazing store and had cool displays like the ksubi section. The mirrors were so dirty you could barely see your reflection and there was stock everywhere. The shoe section was a joke, nothing on display just boxes of shoes. The worst was a staff member was so rude to us. Don’t buy that rubbish $75 north face jacket they put on an internet .You will get this response later . Very unprofessional.
Don’t normally leave bad reviews however I feel like basic customer service, or just human decency was really missed for me today. I approached the counter to buy an item and said hello to the staff behind the counter, they barely acknowledged me and shouted out for their co worker to serve me, without even saying hello back. Thanks Jenna for serving me and being lovely! For other staff, a simple hello would have been fine
