Very late (6-24hrs) did not protect furniture properly, resulting in damaged & missing pieces. At pick up, they were supposed to be there between 3-6pm, with no phone call to inform me that they would be late, they showed up around 8:30 at night and were there until dawn. Not everything made it out of their storage warehouse, and once again at delivery they were extremely late.
