I have contacted them since Friday requesting authorization to travel and I have not had any response, I have called more than 5 times and no one is able to solve it. Every time I call them they give me incomplete and erroneous information. Nobody informs me of the status of my application.

So where do i begin, i purchased a brand new 2023 sierra and within one month it needed a crank shaft replaced so it spent 30 days in the shop, next week the turbo went out and another 38 days in the shop. Here i am today on a road trip and the check engine is ion again. Meanwhile GM the buy back team has made limited to no effort in rectifying an issue that is solely due to manufacturing.
