I recently purchased a rothco jungle hammock from GJ . set it up and the seams started to rip. Took it back and They refused do give me a refund. Said they had never had one brought back. They said they would take my name and It to the manufacturer which is in Japan for them to inspected in order for me to hav a refund. At that point I'd not only be without the money also the hammock.
