TERRIBLE worst customer service there. especially the 2 women who worked there today. exteremly disrespectful. for my first time asking about sewing, they expect you to know the process. they laughed at me when i asked questions and made rude comments, exclaiming, 'oh my god' when i didn't understand their question. never going there again, and yes, very expensive, not worth going to. terrible terrible people work there... i can go on and on, but they'll never get my business again
DOES NOT HONOR EXCHANGE of DEFECTIVE MERCHANDISE Unfortunately a pair of expensive Oakley Gloves bought for my husband who is Army for Christmas were defective and 010811 we tried to EXCHANGE them and the management WAS NOT AT ALL helpful and denied us an exchange, no specific reason given other then sorry can't do it. Now when you pay 65.00 plus dollars and buy something that is defective stores are more then happy to do the exchange BUT NOT General Jackson's. They refused and the crack in the knuckle of the glove was small... read more
good military store These guys have everything and the store was clean. The prices were very reasonable and I really enjoyed shopping here. They have everything in the right places and I was impressed by their organization. Fun place to shop for military stuff.
One stop shopping General Jacksons is one stop shopping for all my husband's military needs. The staff is very helpful so if you need to pick something up for your husband and you're not quite sure what you're looking for they will help. This place has everything you need for military or camping purposes, and the prices are reasonable. They have a large collection of knives if you like that sort of thing.
Camping & Military Equipment Treasure Trove I have been to General Jackson's many times over the years when my husband is looking for additional military equipment. Pretty much anything you are looking for military equipment wise or camping equipment wise can be found there. If they do not have it in stock at the time, they will find out where you can find it.
