Absolutely a joke watched the driver spot at the top of my drive way the got a message on my phone saying attempted delivery didnt even bother to get out the car when out my front door and as soon as he say me walk towards the van he just sped off and the parcel was marked urgent medication front office are rude as hell what was startrak thinking off giveing them a contract they really need to get the act together
An absolute joke of a delivery company. $150 delivery fee for them to decide they wont even deliver to the suburb. Never had a smooth delivery with them. Customer service teams are a joke, Reign and Christina both 0/10
Unless & down right LAZY! rather than walk 5mtrs and knock of your door they get out take a photo of your letterbox ignore the 3 cars parked in the driveway and the FRONT DOOR THATS 5MTRS AWAY FROM THE LETTER BOX! mark it as nobody home... Friday! And ofcourse don't open on weekends you'd think these useless clowns would atleast ATTEMPT to deliver it! Are you ment to stand next to your letterbox all day waiting for them! Useless!!!!!!
