My experience with General Cutting Tool was exceptional. From my first email requesting information Corbin was expedient and professional. He followed up and ensured that I knew what to expect. I had severely damaged Flat Endmills, Ball Endmills and I needed a Drill Bit Resharpened. The results are phenomenal, and I will use their sharpening services again. The value for the money is on point. This is my go to place now for resharpening and retooling any future bits or endmills.
Thought I would try out a more local midwestern based supplier for cnc router tooling. Price was competitive but no shipping info / confirmation sent, took a week and a half to arrive and when it did one product looked like it had been repacked and the other had broken it's individual packaging and was starting to rough up the box with the exposed carbide blade. Not impressed
We needed custom rail and stile bits for our kitchen appliance panels, which posed a challenge for our cabinet door company. Our carpenter, Rick, reached out to General Cutting Tool Corp (GCTC) to create the necessary custom bits, including a haunch cut (French miter). GCTC not only delivered but also refined the bits based on our feedback, resulting in a beautiful outcome. Hats off to GCTC for their reliability and excellent service.
