Genuinely the most unprofessional collection agency I have heard of. My fiance has requested to be removed from the call list MULTIPLE times. Continues to block the number. This company is breaking the law and has very unsavory and illegal business practices. I will be pursuing legal representation for violating my privacy and credit report, as well as making a report to the better business bureau.
BOB - Is incredibly rude. Just an awful person to deal with. He was condescending, refused to listen, and interrupted constantly when I tried talk at all. I told him to stop interrupting me so I could ask a question and he promptly hung up on me. Good luck with this place.
