If I could rate in negative numbers, I would! I only call this service to save $$ but they are RUDE and never on time. They always tell you that pick up is in 15 minutes and then arrive 25 minutes later. Today was different - they said at least 25 minutes til pick up. I've been sick this past week with GI issues and, as I was walking toward the escalators I realized that I wasn't going to be able to get in a car yet. I hope I don't need to explain that!!
