Have used them to do my taxes for over 10 years, so when I went in today, it was shocking how they tried to force me to go direct deposit and provide my banking info. I never go direct deposit. I always have a refund mailed. They actually had the nerve to say " if you want a quick refund you have to provide your direct deposit info" I never asked for a fast refund. Nor did I ask for the pressure to provide private info. I will file somewhere else in the future. This pressure that they tried to blame on the IRS has cost them ... read more
