We had a scared that the sellers were going to back out at 9:30pm the night before the closing and I called Gene and he answered and walked us through what to do! We closed the next day! He didn’t have to answer the phone call but he did! I will forever use Gene at Ruoff!
Gene made the whole process easy and was available to answer any and all questions. Very quick to respond, always polite, explained things so I could understand. I never knew home buying could be this simple ! Once you turn in all the documents he needs, your work is done and Gene does the rest. He's awesome!
