This at one time was a great company with amazing staff. Sadly in 2023 that is no longer the case. The staff is very unresponsive. Gene is extremely rude if you point out a mistake or misunderstanding. Stay clear.
Gene and everyone at GBA are fantastic! Super friendly and very knowledgable!! Finding someone you can trust with your hard earned money can be a daunting task today, but if you walk into their office and speak to them, you'll find right away you're in a good place. If you need tax preparation help, or help planning your retirement, etc., call them to set up an appointment. The location on Iowa St is easy to get to, as well!
