I’m truly confused after reading the disgusting review left by “Josh” about Tami as I have had the complete opposite experience with this gem of a woman. Tami is the sweetest, most genuine, down to earth person I’ve ever met in my life. Her genuine demeanor radiates out of her with every person she meets. I have had the opportunity to do business and to be in the Gen Cap office many times over the past five years. I have always found Tammy at the front desk to be engaging, welcoming and a wonderful first impression of this business! She has always been extremely helpful and is a great judge of character. Josh, maybe you need to look at the way you presented yourself while in the office in order to receive what you thought was a less than welcoming experience !
I never write reviews but stumbled upon a negative review on here that I had not seen before. And let me say, as someone who has experienced Tami’s welcoming personality many times- I am SHOCKED. Any question I ever have is not only answered promptly but with the kind of enthusiasm that you just don’t see anymore. She is an amazing woman that I have known professionally and personally for many years.
