To Whom it may concern, I recently purchased a product from Gempler. I made this purchase on teh 28th of July, as you can see by the SS it is the 8 August and the order still looks to be pending. I called the office today as I was curious about my orders location. Upon Speaking with a representative, I was told my order was cancelled due to credit card information “not tying”.
