Enlisted Mr Gemmel on a matter associated with a commercial property we had purchased. Mr Gemmel represented us at the various planning board meetings and mitigated issues raised by our neighbors regarding zoning. We successfully confirmed the commercial zoning, secured the necessary permits, resolved the issues identified during the planning board meetings and opened our salon. I've used Mr Gemmel many times for various business issues and he's always been very good. The only negative is I think his hourly rate is high, but maybe comparable to others.
