A five star experience! From start to finish, it was so easy to communicate with Gemini. The installation team did a brilliant job. From templating to installation we only had to wait 10 days. The templating was done so perfectly that the installation went really well. I would recommend Gemini to anyone who needs a quartz worktop. The only criticism is that we originally wanted Sierra Gold but was told the day after templating that they had stock issue and we would have waited for about three weeks or so for it to be back in... read more
Very happy indeed with my new worktops. I ordered ultra white and they most certainly are very white. I chose Gemini as they were able to provide surfaces in sizes I couldn’t find elsewhere at a reasonable price. The installation team were excellent and did a fab job. Had a few issues with the firm appointed to do the templating but these were ironed out by Gemini. I have a transparent plastic protector on the island to safeguard the worktop. Overall very happy with the product and the service I received.
From start to finish of our worktop project, nothing was too much for Gemini. From first comms with Andy the manager and Alex our account manager, to receiving such a lovely and professional sample package of selected worktop options, to planning with Imogen and fitting with the installation team - Gemini has gone above and beyond to support us and guide us to the most beautiful worktop for our new kitchen. Shocking fitters, aftercare is non existent! The worktops are actually nice, however the fitters completely smashed the kitchen end panel and frame to bits and left it on the floor covered in silicone without a single mention of what had happened. Tried several times to contact the fitters after they left with no answer, unfortunately I wasn't there when they rushed my worktops in as it was past 5pm when they finally showed up. Fantastic service on point and on time . Customer service by Tan was fast with all the question. Regarding the price myth change a bit after measurements but if you have an extra budget can go with it for the quality otherwise nothing to say top notch
