I am extremely disappointed with Gemini Worktops. The workmanship on my new worktop, upstand, and cooker splashback is well below an acceptable standard, as is clear from the photos. The cooker splashback also wasn’t installed according to the agreed template plan, which is completely unacceptable. The splashback hasn’t been fit centrally, there is a big gap on the left and smaller gap on the right side of the splashback. the start to finish experience with Gemini was very professional indeed. We had done our research and Gemini were both well reviewed and the price was very reasonable compared to other suppliers we had tried. The timescale was reasonable - and the original estimate of how long it would take was very accurate. The customer care comms were great. Really pleased with our new worktop from Gemini🤩 It’s absolutely beautiful, exactly what we visioned to go in our new kitchen. From start to finish communication was great and we were really impressed with the whole experience. We chose the Calacatta gold superior in 30mm. Thank you so much!
All digital experience so missing some of the high street alure, but what you get instead is customer service excellence. prompt delivery of samples and significant cost saving. Everything was pretty simple. original estimate form measurements, adjustments on templating and delivery. Had a slight issue with one element which was corrected very quickly and without issue. Would have liked everything to move quicker at every stage, but they are no slower than high street timescales.
Gemini were fantastic to work with from start to finish, and I’m SO happy with my gorgeous worktops. We really wanted quartz but so many local retailers were so expensive and we found Gemini online. Their quote was very reasonable and after getting samples and seeing the brilliant reviews online, we decided to take the plunge, and I’m so glad we did. Everyone I spoke to was lovely, Christopher in sales, and the installation team too. Couldn’t recommend more!
