I recently had a day and night blind fitted in my kitchen,and must say I'm really pleased from my 1st visit to store to fitting, everyone was very helpful and knowledgeable.Im really thrilled that I splashed out on a remote control for it , no more reaching over a wet sink.. luxury !!
Great service, blinds were incorrect size and they resolved the issue within 24 hours. Excellent service by Carl to come back during a busy time to refit, would highly recommend and competitive prices.
Had a lad called Dev come round to measure up. He didn't have the samples we wanted to see so said he would come back but took measurements to be able to get a rough price anyway. rang 10 days later to chase up and he had not put anything through to the office. The lady on reception said she would chase him on it. 5 days later and we are still waiting. Needles to say that if they can't even get a price then I'm sure the service won't be up to much either.
