Could not have been happier with Don and the team here. As a first home buyer they took their time to explain the entire process and made sure I was comfortable all the way through closing. Don never pushed me to rush through the process and checked in monthly to ensure I was having all my questions answered or needed clarification on anything.
Lisa was amazing!! We ran into some issues with the house, but she walked us thru one step at a time until all issues were resolved. She is professional, friendly, super helpful and a true “gem”!
Don & his team are top notch. I worked with him on one of the most complicated transactions of my career and if it hadn't been for Gem Home Loans I don't think it would have gotten across the finish line. They are prompt and professional and I would recommend them to anyone.
