My wife's truck gelled up when I was out of town leaving her stranded without a vehicle. I called Gem City and asked if they could hook up and roll my truck 10' forward into the garage so it could thaw out and that I was happy to pay whatever he needed to make it worth his while. Dude said I'm not interested and straight hung up on me. Lost a customer for life sir.

We had unfortunate blown tire situation and Gem City Towing was unbelievably responsive in getting a tow truck timely to us. Owner and driver professional with excellent customer service! Would highly recommend their services! Our situation was resolved thanks to the Les Schwab’s team as well and back on the road !! Nice to have businesses that deliver what they say! Thanks Gem City 👍👍

Insurance sent them to tow my van, truck showed up sooner then expected, the driver was friendly and had no problem helping unload our belongings. He kept us updated along the way and got the van dropped off without damage. I would call them again if needed.
