Owner is kind. Seems to be not very knowledgeable on whether material is dyed or treated. Doesn't do research on what their vendors are selling them. This is a problem because they are selling dyed or treated material as natural and playing ignorance. If you're looking for natural stones do your research before purchasing. A bit higher on the pricing end as well.
I came in today with a photo of the project I am working on and they were able to help me every step of the way in finding the materials I needed. Very knowledgeable and helpful!
Love going here, they have a great variety of crystals and beads
I like going there to buy misc. beads for my bead projects. The owner and staff know a lot about beading.
