I had the absolute pleasure of working with Paul, Marcy and Michael. They were flexible on loan terms and approval and worked out many roadblocks that came up. Super flexible. We didn’t have to order an appraisal as promised and funds were deposited on the day of funding as agreed. The loan process was smooth, loan terms were fair, credit was never pulled and appraisal was never ordered as promised. Overall, a perfect experience.
