GRF asked me to write a favorable review. I can't do that unfortunately. It's not been great, turnaround time is long, mistakes are frequent. I'm actually in the middle of finding a new accountant. Sorry.
Personal and business tax prep for 10 years. We were dropped without prior notice in mid January when 1099 s were due by the end of January. We always paid every invoice on time and were loyal, referring several clients to GRF. Then suddenly we were told that the office was changing, personnel was changing and we were no longer clients. Very unprofessional with little regard for long-time clients. Perhaps a blessing because we are with an excellent firm now, which we found. GRF offered no assistance.
