My opinion of Michael Gelfand as a mediator based on my one experience with him: Horrible. Unprepared, Unfocused, NOT neutral, patronizing, wastes money chit-chatting, and apparently disinterested in what is right, moral, ethical, and legal., ** Good luck if you use him. I would never participate in a mediation with Mr. Gelfand as the mediator.
