Im going to start this out with im a 19 year old girl and this is my first ever car. i did and oil change myself and i over filled the oil so i took it to this guy to get it drained. i dont know much about cars but i know your not supposed to take the drain bolt off with an impact and this guy did, and then proceeds to tell me that i brought it in to him like that (i did not) and i paid him to drain my oil a different way? idk seems sketchy i think he was just rushing the job.
