I'm trying to transfer funds and close this account. They are making the process impossible! This bank has been nothing but a headache.

Holy macaroni!!!! I have been nothing short of disappointed with this institution! Every single Time I get paid there is some sort of glitch, outage, incorrect account receiving my funds, and the call center agents have no authority to resolve basic and obvious issues. BAH HUMBUG! I’m currently holding for a representative for 1 hour and 4 minutes!! UNACCEPTABLE
Great place to bank if you want to lose hundreds of dollars because your bank steals from you and then blames you.
If i could give this credit union a negative 500 I would. THIS IS THE WORST CREDIT UNION EVER! CUSTOMER SERVICE? HAHA! ITS A JOKE ...NOBODY ANSWERS THE PHONE! EVERY PROCESS IS DIFFICULT! CLOSED MY ACCOUNT TODAY! ITS TOO STRESSFUL TO KEEP IT OPEN!
