I have three loans and bank account with GEICO FCU as I am a former employee with GEICO. These ladies are spectacular! They are so friendly and have always been more than willing to assist me! I went through some hiccups financially this past year and their assistance was more than appreciated. I experienced fraud nearly 2-3x and every single time, I never got my money back, and they want you to do all of the legwork. The ladies that work the front desk are nice as ever, but no one in the bank advocates for you. I'd never bank here again, they're absolutely one of the worst banks, and you wait on hold for hours at a time, just to be hung up on. Stay away from this bank.

I am a retiree and have been a member for over 40 years. I have never had a problem until now which is very disappointing since I really can't go into the office. The phone service is really bad. No one answers and you sit in hold forever.
