I very rarely leave one star reviews, But this one really deserves it I originally contracted with this company over two months ago. They have all the documents that they need to get started on bookkeeping, but “have been swamped” I am now in a very difficult position. I feel like I either have to put up with incompetence or find a new CPA. I reached out yesterday, and that was our first communication in over two months. The lady answering the phone was super rude. She said they also do sales tax and put me on a brief hold and after she said no and hang up on me.

We have been working with Tim and now Bo for six years and I cannot say enough good things about their services. They are diligent, responsive, expedient and thorough. I have always felt confident in their work and advice and am amazed at how quickly they get things done. They are also responsive to questions. We use them for both business and personal tax preparation and I would highly recommend them. I cannot imagine going anywhere else.
