Used to be great place to work. But now we just have greedy self serving narcissists in charge. More worried about lining their pockets and notariaty with the Chiefs.
GEHA, used to have a nice work culture. Now the culture is awful, hostile, scattered and negative. They are extremely top heavy with “leadership” who lack an understanding how to lead and the downstream impacts to their rash decisions. The pay is below par and benefits have gone down hill over the past few years. Dog eat dog in this establishment. The only true perks are, remote work and a few genuinely great coworkers that do their very best.
