I did not want to leave this review. I gave their office plenty of time to correct the issue and to get back with me an entire month with no phone call. I used Brian last year for the first time. I had moved here from Virginia and he was recommended. But my taxes had multiple mistakes. I would have caught those if he would have sat down with me the day I picked them up and went over them with me. Love him, he’s comical and he’s quick with my taxes and they always come back fast and on point!
Brian was recommended by our now retired tax professional. To date he has provided great service. He has late hours and two locations which makes it easy to file. He is a very straight forward guy was a Marine and he takes great care of veterans. He can be hard to talk to during the "non" tax season, but is fairly quick to respond to emails.
