It’s really hard to do my shopping when I’m being tailed by employees who think I’m trying to steal. It’s absolutely disrespectful and embarrassing for the employees who have NOTHING BETTER TO DO then follow strangers around their store. I had a small backpack that can barely fit a MacBook. It’s so disappointing since my mother has spent so much money here. Absolutely disgusting

Ordered a custom made Stylus couch back October 19th, was delivered in November 26th. We immediately noticed issues with our couch such as sagging material, pinched material, more material built up in the wrong spots. They are apparently going to send someone to fix our couch instead of replace it like we want. I'll update this review if that actually happens and if we're happy with our couch, its almost been a month now and still no date of repair. First time dealing with the Design centre and we were blown away. I would highly recommend going there and dealing with them. Local company and deals with Canadian made companies, prices are in the same ballpark with all the other places locally. They went above and beyond when dealing with us and I can’t say enough positive things about their staff in the design centre.
