I live on The Geer Village Campus & I use Dial A Ride all the time. Great drivers who are friendly & helpful. Mostly I use them for going to the store here in Canaan. Though I can go to my doctor appointments too. Sometimes I need to go to Torrington. It is easy to contact my friend Patty T. + her employer Ms. T. Since I am mostly in contact w/ Patty I know her the best. If the driver can't make our arranged pick up time I simply wait a little (a good experience to learn patience).
