I had been struggling with increasing back pain over the 2 months leading up to seeing Tonie to the point of being unable to move without severe pain in my lower back. Went in to see Tonie with a lower back injury and overall tightness through my back and hamstrings from a work injury. Tonie was great at finding the issue and addressing it with her experience.
