Go in just to experience how poor customer service can actually be. Then, go back out and look at the ever increasing volume of graffiti on their walls. Say no more, lazy unprofessional and generally unpleasant shop.
Please read the other 1 star reviews - the business is completely incompetent. It took 6 months to fix my blind tracks, then despite living 2 hours away, collected the blinds without the clips to mount them (which were attached when I dropped it off). Whenever I rang to find out where my repair was at, desk staff had no idea who, what or where my blinds were. I don’t often write bad reviews but this place is completely dysfunctional

Couldn't be happier with the excellent and wonderful service we received from Neven, Elizabeth and their entire staff at Geelong Blinds.
