Terrible service,4 times tried to change iphone glass and all times unsuccessful
Worst costumer service ever , workers just walking around not helping costumers , they just talk to each other i wait for 30 minutes no help no response, Worst store ever, if I be owner of this store I just fired all this lazy workers there because they not helping to costumers
I called the store and was put on hold for a half hour buy a machine. Hung up and called back and got the same treatment. Never any issues with a live person when they take your money but when you need them it's crickets. Worst customer service that's why people don't buy from them
I’ve taken my computer for them to fix 3 times and I still keep having the same issues they don’t actually check the problems they just plug it in and if it turns on then they say it’s fixed. DONT BUY THE MEMBERSHIP ITS A WASTE OF MONEY THEY DONT FIX ANYTHING
