i purchased a 2k computer that i was talked into by an online rep....... i complained about it to dell for one year......it was just diagnosed by the geek squad as having a DEAD MOTHERBOARD...... this is the kind of garbage they sell and do not honor warranties......... the computer was supposedly sent back 5 days ago to the local store.... and no one knows where this piece of garbage is????? the ai connected me to asia when i called the local store and the person does not know how to connect me to the geek squad at the loca... read more
In the car department. Tory, I worked with few times in my previous radio was installed wrong by a different company. He took the time to look a my car. Suggested multiple options for me did not try to upsell me or overcharge me. I have a family member who’s in the car electronics business but I would go to Tory over him. Service was fast and professional will be going and recommending others for all car electronics
These guys are honest and awesome! I was there for a bit because my screen broke and the employees there explained all the differences between apple care and the Asurion and all of the companies and how they worked! they ended up saving me close to $200-$300 by being honest with how i could go about getting my new phone! Thank you yall did a better job then the cell phone company itself!
I need to give a shout out to Kevin! He was clear and understanding and patient and really worked with me it’s employees like this that will make me come back again and again. Give Kevin a raise!
