Geek Squad doesn't answer the phone. Today my partner went over to pick up the computer's that we dropped off on the 23rd and didn't call us on the 24th saying that it was ready. Secondly they said that their wasn't any Chromebooks for repairs on her ticket but I was there when the girl came over and took both Chromebooks to the back. Either they are going to find out what happened to the Chromebooks or they're going to be paying for both of them. Service was very good
The service rep named Ryan was such a breath of fresh air. Not only did he get my computer ready a day early, the customer service he provided me was top-notch! I witnessed his interaction with an older gentleman that made me determined to write this review. His patience, kindness, knowledge, and courtesy was professional and inviting.
