Service was very good
The service rep named Ryan was such a breath of fresh air. Not only did he get my computer ready a day early, the customer service he provided me was top-notch! I witnessed his interaction with an older gentleman that made me determined to write this review. His patience, kindness, knowledge, and courtesy was professional and inviting. They helped me with my phone. Great customer service.
Second time in over a year I was scheduled for a Samsung repair. I asked customer service to double check they are able to repair but I took off work came in and they said they been waiting 2 years on tools from Samsung. If this is true then why are you allowing customer service to schedule appointments for samsung. dont waste your time here
