God awful assistance, charged us 100 dollars for a diagnosis on a PC that came back inconclusive, A HUNDRED DOLLARS AND A FULL DAY WASTED, took it to guy in Pembroke and it took him half an hour to figure out what was wrong and have the computer working DO NOT GO HERE AND SAVE YOUR MONEY
Had a appointment with geek squad two days in advance I show up and some flunky working there tells me they can’t do the work it’s the guys day off and I will have to reschedule, I told him then to reschedule me and the idiot tells me he can’t make the appointment there I had to go through Apple

I had Web root, which is one of the Geek Squad Virus protection Company acessed in my computer to get rid of viruses before they could download disk. In the middle of this procedure my power went down because the power cord fell away from the computer. For some reason it would not stay attached .I ran up to Geek Squad I did not have an appointment there and there was no one in back of me then. The "help," was rude.
