I am very upset right now with my #Geeksquad experience. I am writing this as I am still on hold for over 1 hour 12 minutes. I wanted IT help today, so I googled you, called in, spoke with an "Agent" and then gave my credit card and paid a high fee of $90 to help me set up my router properly so that I could access my camera from outside my home network.
