I got a bill I did not authorize through one of my other accounts. I have been trying to reach them, with no success.
Literally waiting all day, after using PTO, for them to come in and install my tv. They have vanished, won’t answer calls, and the notes says that they tried to come to my building at 1:30pm but nobody let them in ( which is clearly impossible since I got a text that they were on their way at 1:50pm. Awful communication and I have been waiting 3 weeks to get my TV. What is going on
No in home service to set ip new tv. A waste of money for subscription.
Terrible. I told them the whole problem twice before making an appointment. I took a cab to get there wasted 20 bucks and an hour of waiting time for them to tell me they cannot help. Why make an appointment if you know you cannot help.
