Recently purchased a Frame TV, soundbar and woofer from Best Buy. Install and set up was supposed to be by the Geek Squad but it referred to a third party vendor. Lot's of problems with the setup and not training for how to fully use the Frame TV and add our pictures for viewing on the frame. The freaking worst thing ever I’ve had an appointment since 11/06 for the 11/24 they made my appointment and here I am waiting for them to arrive I see even the tracker and the technician it’s assigned to with delivery window 7:30 to 11:30 then out of nowhere they don’t arrive and they completely disappear my appointment on the app. I call them and they couldn’t give me a reason as to why it got canceled and that they’re trying to contact the technician and they don’t answer the phones and that my only option is to reschedul... read more
