Ordered a TV with install. I was NO SHOWED and NO CALLED. Verified appointment 3 times and all said that they were still going to show up and they never did despite taking the day off of work for the appointment. They farmed out the install to a company called Manada. Can't talk to ANYONE at the store. Number goes to "customer support". When asking to speak with someone at the store they say you have to go there. Useless to use service! No wonder retail is dying. They forgot how to do customer service!

My laptop had been hacked. when i called my bank to be aware just in case, she suggested going to the Geek Squad. I brought it in the gentleman at the counter was friendy. He had a great pitch for the membership so I took it.They took my laptop and in 2 days later it was ready. I picked it up took it home and when I went to use it the next day a red banner came up saying "someone is monitering your computer". i brought it and the next day and it was fixed. It takes forever for someone to answer your phone they keep me on hold over 20 minutes sometimes a half hour sometimes I just hang up and to hell with the product

Every time I bring in my computer, I am told they cannot fix it and I need to buy a new computer. I took it somewhere else and they fixed it for less then $100 and in under an hour.

Charged me $100 to say : could be this, could be that. Also your computer is too old to fix, bye now. And I think a good tech would be able to know that at first glance. Before taking my money but oh well what to expect...
