Don’t ever bring your cell phone here for Apple coverage. Spend the time and go to the actual Apple Store. Came in to simply have my back glass replaced. Got the phone back and unbeknownst to me they had factory reset my phone. Never did they tell me that they would be actually be replacing the ENTIRE back of phone including the circuit board/processor.
