These people are straight up idiots. They clearly have no idea what they’re doing. You make an appointment online to get something repaired, They don’t even have the part for it so they have to order it, you ensure that they have the correct phone number and they don’t even call you. Don’t ever bring your cell phone here for Apple coverage. Spend the time and go to the actual Apple Store. Came in to simply have my back glass replaced. Got the phone back and unbeknownst to me they had factory reset my phone. Never did they tell me that they would be actually be replacing the ENTIRE back of phone including the circuit board/processor.
