Had to drop a quick review because Geek Squad seriously saved the day. I was stressing over my laptop acting up slow, glitchy, you name it. Took it to Geek Squad and honestly, I didn’t know what to expect… but they were awesome. I had an extremely frustrating experience with the Geek Squad service at Best Buy regarding a broken laptop that would not boot due to a hard drive issue. As someone without technical knowledge, I approached them seeking expert help and expected a proper diagnosis and guidance on next steps. Instead, the experience turned into a nightmare. For some reason my android stopped ringing when I was called. The 5th Avenue store sorted the issue quickly, pleasantly, and w/o charging. Much appreciated.
