Great service and accommodating
Dropped my laptop off to Geek Squad and explained what was wrong and the sales lady advised they have to run diagnostics and will know by Tuesday or Wednesday if the issue is fixable. They even text me a link so I can check the status. So far everyone has been great and easy to talk with
I probably had my expectations too high. I expected an experienced team that knows about laptop hardware and that can troubleshoot common issues. When I arrived with a laptop that wouldn’t turn on after placing a flawed ssd, the geek squad rep said the team wouldn’t look at the laptop because of the risk. I had to fix it by myself after 6 hours of work.
