I went into the Palm Beach Gardens location to ask if somebody could come out and show me how to connect my new phone to my car stereo that I had bought there and that I had had installed there at Best Buy and Geek Squad in the past. They told me nobody was allowed to leave the store and that I had to go drive 10 Miles to the other store so somebody could answer the question for me because they had an install bay there. They were good for what I needed. Turned out it was a spam invoice email. I did notice while I was there that you should make an appointment. They are pretty busy. Also, if anyone hasn’t been to the Best Buy in Gardens lately they moved. They are now located next to the Container Store.

Terrible customer service. I went last week and was completely ignored by a young girl who was clearly avoiding me and did not want to be interrupted. Finally a man came out and said he was the repair man and could not take the computer. He said I needed an appointment. I made the appointment for the next day at 4 pm. When arrived , no one was available for 10 minutes, then I was told that there were 2 people ahead of me and that I would have to wait. probably 1/2 hour or so. Is my time more important than theirs? I’m happy I signed up for the yearly geek squad membership at the Palm Beach Gardens location! The manager Christina navigated me through the very tricky process of resolving my laptop computer issue. She is laser focused and a hard worker. I left there a very satisfied customer. I highly recommend her and her team.

Store #688 - Mario Perez and David Leibeck (Manager) - Wowwwww. If it was not for them, I would never have resolved the quandry I had in purchasing the new IPAD I bought for my father. I own a Real Estate Estate business. David, Manager, went above and beyond to resolve and figure out my inquiries. David was patient, informative, smart, just nice, a gentleman, and respectful, beyond belief. He was welcoming of my questions.
