Complete waste of time and a complete lack of courtesy for my time. I was told by 3 different best buy employees they would install my android unit in my van. Including the Avondale car audio person. When I went onsite he immediately told me he spoke to the other rep and refused to install it. I don't know why he would not have called me to tell me not to drive out there but I wasted an hour of my day and had to call lout of work to do this.
If Best Buy still sells Pre-Owned Samsung phones without waranties, then you should have never stopped repairing them. There is no excuse
