Disappointing customer service — I made an appt for a battery change, which was covered under Apple plus; employee states he needs to do a scan and if it shows any problems I’ll need to buy a new phone!🤪 Then he and another employee search the store for 15 minutes for an adapter to complete the task without explaining what’s going on. Finally I asked if I was waiting for the battery to be changed or waiting for them to decide IF they could do it — they apologized and said it was the latter!! I left!
The lady and gentleman who installed my TV wall mount were punctual, very good people, swift, with the right tools and did a great job installing the TV on the wall. They also brought a blanket to keep the area clean, which the did. I highly recommend them and the Geek Squad for these type services. Great job, thank you guys!!
Yesterday came in. No one can help. Came today. Put my name in list. Still waiting!!!’ Teams walking around super slow with any sense of urgency. A lot people waiting. And the guy walking around like a turtle. Off course is not there business. Looking to get one iPad and one tablet. Place is not busy at all. And other team member stay in wall texting. Get my business to other place.
