Broke my laptop. Offered no apology nor compensation. Did not do a good job with the repairs. Shame on you! A larger greedy corporation. Hiring mediocrity. Your services used to be so much better.
UPDATE: At pick up I discovered that they broke my computer. Broke the hinge and told me it was old anyway way… brought it in unbroken. Then asked me why not just buy a new one?! How dare you?? Tech took NO RESPONSIBILITY! In addition they wrote down the wrong part for me to buy. installed it anyway without calling and asking. Always a good experience here. Today, while I waited to be helped, I watched Nat patiently and pleasantly assist a senior citizen to reset her phone. The customer was so happy. Nat treated the customer with great respect! Well done Nat. Thanks for your care, calm and compassion.
